Apartment Living Tip

Be like a bee...

It's important to drink enough water to stay hydrated in the summer hear. To help increase your intake, add flavor and sweetness to you water with a teaspoon of honey.

Sometimes it can be a challenge to eat the recommended 4-5 servings of vegetables a day. Here are a few way to fit more veggies into a meal:
  1.  Finely shredded zucchini, summer squash, carrots and cauliflower can be added to almost any casserole without changing the taste.
  2. Puree butternut squash and mix it with grated cheese to make a spread for grilled cheese.
  3. Use greens to hold your sandwich together instead of bread or tortillas. For tougher greens such as kale or chard, blanch the greens and pat dry before wrapping.

Safety Community Tip

Throughout the day everyone love to come to their families and to their pets who are anxiously waiting for them to return home. However, we do live in a apartment complex where we do have children around as well as dog being walked on leashes.

The speed limit around the property is 5 MPH. Please be courtesy and follow this rules.

It's apple season! Try these crispy, yummy apple chips that'll disappear as fast as you can make them! Healthy and kid-friendly, too!

  • 2 to 3 apples
  • ground cinnamon
  • sugar

Preheat over to 220F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut apples in thin slices and sread in single layer on the sheets. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and place in the oven. Bake for two hours flipping them over halfway through baking. Turn off  overn and let cool off inside the oven. This will help give them a crunchier texture. My Question

What to do if you lock yourself out of your apartment?

IF your keys are lost or misplaced, management will provide access during normal business hours if time, personnel and keys are available. Otherwise, access can be provided by a locksmith at the residents expense. This includes after-hour access.

Just a friendly reminder that each unit is assigned on carport only. If you have two vehicles or more, please make sure you're parking them in any uncovered spot. If you're parked in the wrong carport, that tenant will call us to let us know, we will then put a tow notice on your vehicle to remind you that you're parked incorrectly. If it continues to happen, we will tow the vehicle that is parked in the wrong carport. If you are unsure what your carport number is, please look back at your lease under the Garage/Storage/Carport Rental Addendum or call the main office at 208-664-5700.
